    Florida Medical Entomology Laboratory

    The Nutritional Ecology of Aedes aegypti

    Studies to determine the survivorship, nutritional ecology and blood feeding behavior of Aedes aegypti males and females in the field and laboratory in Puerto Rico and Thailand are underway. This is a collaborative project directed by Tom Scott at the University of California, Davis and John Edman at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
